Application Requirements
-
- Students who have finished at least 12 years of education in their home country (equivalent to graduating from a high school in Japan).
- Students who have the clear goal of studying abroad, and who possess a strong desire to acquire knowledge and skills in a specialist field.
- Any of the following students:
- Students who have received education in the Japanese language for at least six months at a Japanese language school approved by the Association for Promotion of Japanese Language Education, and students who are enrolled at a university, etc. and who have excellent grades and attendance.
- Students who have Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N2 or higher (or 400 points or higher in the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test), students who have scored 200 points or higher in the Japanese as a Foreign Language section of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU), and students who have equivalent Japanese language proficiency.
- Students who are able to obtain or extend (from a Japanese language school) an entry visa (or student visa) by the end of March 2023.
- People who are free of designated communicable diseases and other disease symptoms, and who are both physically and mentally healthy.
※Applicants must clearly indicate their current address at the time of submission of the enrollment application, and the address must include the name of the building and the room number.

- Receipt for payment of screening fee (Provided by our school. A copy of the document can be submitted. Students who are exempted from paying the screening fee do not have to submit this document.)
- Diploma from last school graduated in home country (Copy of diploma can be submitted)
- Passport/residence card (Copies of either can be submitted)
- Certificate of attendance and grades issued by Japanese language school (Document detailing attendance at school) *Invalid if opened
- Reception form of contact details inside Japan (For international students)

※Screening fee exemption: Applicants are to apply for screening fee exemption at the open campus, when visiting the campus, or online. The screening fee exemption form must be included in the same envelope as the application documents.
※Application period for exemption of screening fee: From Saturday, April 23, 2022 to Friday, September 30, 2022.

In addition to the above tuition, students will have to pay the items listed in “Other Expenses”.
※In principle, all of the tuition is to be paid at once during the first year, but only the course fees can be split into two payments over the first year.
※Handling, etc. of tuition is subject to change while students are enrolled at the school.

Study Tour Reserves
- Students in three-year and two-year programs go on a study tour abroad during their second year. The participation fee is to be paid in two installment payments. Payments for these reserves are to be paid <1> when enrolling at the school and <2> when paying tuition during the second year. Certain destinations may require payment of additional costs.

- 250,000 yen (<1> 150,000 yen <2> 100,000 yen)

Health Management Expenses
- Health management expenses are allocated to medical examinations, student group insurance (insurance benefits for schoolwork expenses, etc.), etc. For the details of the insurance, please request the documents and check the enrollment requirements. With regards to payments, 20,000 yen shall be paid at the time of enrollment, and 15,000 yen shall be paid when paying the tuition for each year.

Graduation-related Expenses (Only during graduation year)

These expenses are allocated to operation expenses for the graduation exhibition, graduation ceremony, etc.
In three-year programs, 30,000 yen is paid during payment of third-year tuition.
In two-year programs, 30,000 yen is paid during payment of second-year tuition. -
Alumni Expenses (Only during graduation year)
- These expenses are allocated to operation of the Alumni Association (which aims to foster friendship between current students and graduates of our school). Lifelong membership of the Alumni Association is 10,000 yen.

Expenses for Studying Outside of School, Study Tours, Drawing Materials, Etc. During Normal Class Hours
Students will be responsible for expenses for studying outside of school and for transportation to the study tour destination. Monthly expenses, including for drawing materials and transportation, are 2,000 yen to 5,000 yen.
